A Career is more than just a Job.

Is a hiring commercial that I wrote and filmed as a part of my hiring campaign for Hampton Roads Transit. With HRT needing to add an unprecedented amount of new Bus Operators just within a few years. I was tasked with creating the Marketing Campaign.

I wrote a 15 second and 30 second script for the campaign.

For this video I wanted to focus on some of the more intangible aspects of working for HRT. Each line gives a glimpse into those aspects that I feel are gained by working for HRT, and why becoming a Bus Operator can be an actual career for someone.

This is a four month Social Media Schedule. I created 16 post ahead of time so the could all be scheduled out over a four month period. 1 post a week, 4 post every month. Each week will have a different theme. The design of each post has a 1:1 aspect ratio so posting to different social media platforms Instagram and Facebook will not require any resizing.
