What I Changed

  • Developed a strategic plan to overhaul the content that was being posted

  • Created and established Brand Standards, to be used for all visual communication content created for hiring (Started Jan. 1, 2022)

  • Created a new weekly posting schedule tailored for each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn) (Started Jan. 1, 2022)

  • Created new types of social media post, to help increase reach through a posting features that was not previously being used

  • Changed how and where post are shared to better comply with the algorithm

  • Engaged with various local young professional groups, they have started sharing our job opportunities on their “Social Media Platforms”

Organic Results (2022 vs 2021)

  • Surpassed “2021 Facebook Reach Metrics” within the first two months of 2022

  • 620.2% Increase in Facebook Reach *

  • 301% Increase in Instagram Reach *

  • 72% Increase in Facebook Page Followers

  • 116% Increase in Instagram Followers *

  • 215.8% Increase in Facebook Profile Visits *

  • 257% Increase in Facebook Likes & Reactions *

Scheduling for Each Platform

I created a social media schedule for each platform showing how I would approach posting each week. This schedule also shows the various types of post that can be created and shared through out the week. Alternating post do just as the names suggest, on these marked days the content that is posted will be alternated between a variety of different post types. A list of these post is shown in the sample schedule.

Work Life by the Numbers is a yearly brochure for the Human Resources Department. This brochure highlights achievements by the department as well as various important information about the City its self. Some of this information includes statistics about Workforce, Social Media Recruitment, Demographics & Compensation.

In this example 3 interior pages of the brochure are shown. There are 16 Total pages in the brochure including the Front and Back Covers.
